Mr. Dee is responsible for financial analysis and modeling, due diligence and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Cadent in 2007, Mr. Dee was a member of the corporate M&A group at Royal Dutch Shell in Houston, TX.
Mr. Dee holds a B.S. in Finance from University of Illinois, graduating with highest honors and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where he was designated a Russell E. Palmer Scholar. |
