Mr. Booth is responsible for investment origination, financial and strategic analyses, due diligence, deal structuring and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Cadent in 2003,Mr. Booth was a Partner at RBC Capital Partners, the private equity investment arm of RBC Financial Group.
From 1998 through 2000, Mr. Booth was a manager in KPMG’s valuation services group, where he valued private and public companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes and financial reorganizations.
Mr. Booth began his career as a Chartered Accountant at Pricewaterhouse where he worked on assurance engagements for both private and public companies.
He is currently a director of Argos Utilities Corporation, Array Holdings, Inc, Ardent Holdings, LLC, Sherwood Energy, LLC and NuCore Energy, LLC.
Mr. Booth holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario. |
