Resolute Energy - Investment was exited in 2005

Resolute is a Calgary-based exploration and production company. It was originally formed with a commitment of capital from RBC Capital Partners and other financial sponsors to pursue acquisition and exploitation of oil and gas reserves in Western Canada.

In June 2002, Resolute completed a reverse takeover of Equatorial Energy, Inc., a publicly traded exploration and production company. As a result of the Equatorial takeover, Resolute is now publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol RSE.
